Pallets of stores on the quay beside a cargo vessel at a West African port.
Tema · Takoradi · Ghana

Ship supply and customs clearance at Ghana's ports.

Kwamoka Shipping Solutions delivers provisions, bonded stores and marine stores to vessels calling at Tema and Takoradi, and clears cargo as a licensed customs house broker.

What we do

One company for stores and for clearance.

Most vessels calling at Tema deal with a chandler for stores and a broker for cargo. We hold the customs licence and run the store, so both sit with one accountable supplier.

Ship supply

Provisions, bonded stores, deck, engine, cabin and safety stores, quoted against the IMPA codes your purchasing team already uses.

How a port call works

From your requisition to stores on deck.

A vessel is alongside for hours, not days. This is the sequence we work to, and the point at which you hear from us at each stage.

STEP 01

You send the requisition

By email or WhatsApp, in your own format. An IMPA coded list needs no retyping.

STEP 02

We quote it back

Priced line by line against the same codes, with anything unavailable flagged and an alternative offered.

STEP 03

We pick and clear

Goods drawn from store, bonded items released under customs seal, documents prepared for the port.

STEP 04

Delivered alongside

To the quay, to anchorage or offshore, with a signed delivery note back to your purchasing team.

The range

What we carry.

Seven categories, structured the way marine purchasers buy. Nothing is too small or too large to quote.

Provisions

Fresh, frozen and dry provisions for crew and galley, with the cold chain kept from our store to your gangway.
