What we do with your information.
This page covers the information you send us through this website. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
If you complete the requisition form we receive what you type into it: the type of organisation you represent, your company name, the vessel name and IMO number if you give them, the port, the dates, the categories you select, your name, your work email, your phone or WhatsApp number, and your message. We do not collect anything else through this site, and we do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we hold it
To price your requisition, to reply to you, and to keep a record of the quotation and any resulting order. That is a legitimate business interest in responding to an enquiry you chose to send us.
Who sees it
Our own staff who handle quotations and clearance. We use third parties to run the website and to deliver email, and your enquiry passes through them in the course of reaching us. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and the correspondence arising from them are kept for as long as we need them for the commercial relationship and for the periods Ghanaian tax and customs record keeping require.
Your rights
Under Ghana's Data Protection Act 2012 you may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to info@kwamokashipping.com or to the postal address below and we will respond.
